Responsibilities
- Provide strategic direction, leadership and overall technical and management support to child protection programs, particularly regarding the implementation of case management.
- Identify needs and gaps in programming and proactively suggest new activities to build the CP program.
- Ensure that the child protection department produces high quality inputs as part of the development and maintenance of program.
- Ensure that all internal and external reporting requirements are met, that reports are of a high quality and are submitted on time.
- Conduct on going assessments to determine the child protection needs of the target areas.
- Ensure the respect of data security standards.
Maintain an overview of the main child protection issues, the responses that are underway, and the gaps in assistance, in view of ensuring appropriate emergency responses; oversee implementation of child protection activities and ensure that objects and results are timely and qualitatively.
- Develop personal monitoring plans for each direct report, develop and implement ethical and safe monitoring evaluation mechanisms, including qualitative tools and analysis; oversee and ensure analysis results and guide child protection staff to use these results to enhance effectiveness quality.

Qualifications
- Background in social and humanitarian work and education
- Previous experience in SGBV case management work
- Previous experience with humanitarian organization
- Experience using MS Office package
- Ability to plan activities, follow up with concerned personnel
- Good reporting skills
