Responsibilities
Full responsibility for the company's relationship with other department.
- Visit all the lines and create a friendly relationship with them to attract the largest number of them.
- Follow up with the sales dept for any distribution ads.
- Organization and management of the distribution department out "of the principle of decentralization.
- Exploiting the distribution department in the best possible way and motivating other members of the team.
- Work on securing the appropriate number of supervisors, Control and distributors for optimal coverage of the distribution network. And work on recruitment, promotion or dismissal members of the department in coordination with the CGM and HR Officer and Regional Distribution Manager.
- Work on the appropriate fee distribution lines, for the distribution of the Journal of the technically and marketing terms commensurate with the company's goals and monitoring the quality, quantity, cost and efficiency of the movement and Distribution.
- Implementing health and safety procedures.
- Post and experience the supervisors and monitors the distribution, and to determine the optimal distribution amounts for each line of grid lines, with the aim of universal coverage for the market.
- Provide the required reports from the distribution department, in order to evaluate the performance of the department and make sure that the distribution is the most appropriate way to achieve the company's goals.
- Work on finding new distribution lines, and try the continuous development of the distribution network in line with the surrounding population variables, in coordination with the CGM.
- Implementation of studies that will help to achieve the objectives of the third-party distribution.
- Control the external environment of the department and competitors in the field of distribution, in order to devise plans and ideas that would develop the department and lifting fashioned him.
- Attention to customer complaints regarding distribution, and work to resolve them as quickly as possible.
- Do any other tasks or responsibilities assigned to it by the Manager.
- Coordinating and controlling the order cycle and associated information systems, analyzing data to monitor performance and plan improvements and demand.
- Allocating and managing staff resources according to changing needs

- Age : 25-35 years.
- Université Hodler
- Experience : A minimum of 2 years.
- Language : Local Language & English (Written, Spoken & Read).
- Excellent in public relation & communication.
