Responsibilities
1. Achieving the sales objectives if his team
2. Following the clients list on a weekly basis with the sales representatives and preparing a weekly report on all communications and transfers into the advertising, in collaboration with the department coordinator
3. Following up on daily reports and direction plans for all sales representatives
4. Conducting regular visits with the sales representatives during the week for on-the-job motivation and training
5. Reporting suggestions in regard to incentives and penalties for team members
6. Conducting evaluations to the team and reporting back to the sales manager
7. Following up on the time plan for the team in order to organize work
8. Responsible for management of the sales team with-in the department
9. Ensure a unified and integrated relationship with all departments in franchise and/or branch corporations

Qualifications
Age between 25-35 years of age
Academic degrees: Holding a university degree in sales and marketing or business administration
Working experience: a minimum of 3 years in sales preferable in newspapers
