Responsibilities
1. Generate new customers to the company.
2. Build and maintain new and existing customers’ relationship.
3. Close sales deals through outgoing calls to customers (Telesales).
4. Prepare reports and send them to management.
5. Attend to customers’ calls and emails in a timely and efficient manner.
6. Increase awareness about the company and its products.
7. Follow up on customers’ various cases and ensure their closure with ultimate customer satisfaction.
8. Coordinate with other departments with regards to customers’ requests and inquiries.
9. Assist in administrative tasks related to the sales department.
10. Arrange appointments for Outdoor Sales Executives whenever requested.
11. Perform other job-related duties as assigned by direct manager.
