1. Design and maintain the Corporate Process Map based on corporate experience, best practices and standards and in coordination with QMS HOS.
2. Participate in designing and maintaining all company's Process Performance KPIs in coordination with business owners and QMS HOS.
3. Design and maintain the Identity Card for each KPI with all required attributes.
4. Ensure the availability of SMART process KPIs for all the company's processes in coordination with business owners and QMS HOS.
5. Develop appropriate techniques to gather process KPIs and all related raw data in coordination with business owners, streamlining and automating to the most prudent use possible
6. Collect, analyze and report the performance results of processes in order to check if the output of the process is in line with the intended targets.
7. Perform Statistical Analysis and Root Cause analysis for processes poor KPIs measures that have deviations and as per the predefined plan.
8. Identify potentials for improving process execution and recommend the appropriate improvements based on the root cause and statistical analysis.
9. Focus on the tracking and analysis of Critical to Quality (CTQ) and Cost of Poor Quality (COPQ) related KPIs.
10. Initiate and follow up corrective actions resulted from the process KPIs measurement in coordination with business owners and QMS HOS.
11. Communicate data variances and other pertinent information to the QMS Head of Unit.
12. Prepare written and verbal presentations of findings, conclusions and recommendations.
13. Assist the concerned staff in departments in developing the skills of collecting, analyzing, and reporting information.

1. Education: Bachelor degree in Business Administration or Engineering
2. Experience: 2 Years' experience in Process Improvement is required
3. Professional Certification: Six Sigma Black or Green Certification is plus
