Responsibilities
1. Answer incoming phone calls to the reception phone, transfer it to the concerned, receive telephone messages when necessary and answer the callers inquires which are related to Human Resources.
2. Welcome Syriatel’s visitors, helping them in entering the company sites, providing them with visitor access cards and register their names and needed information.
3. Inform the concerned employees by the visit in order to accompany visitors.
4. Escort VIP visitors to their destinations within the company.
5. Register employee’s names in case of forgetting their access cards.
6. Ensure that all types of access cards are used properly and report any abuse of these access cards by employees to the concerned.
7. Control opening and closing meeting rooms according to related reservation system.
8. Handle all reservations of hotels, flights, conference rooms, etc… in coordination with the beneficiary Dept.
9. Ensure that the reception desks are not empty during working hours through reporting to the direct line of authority to provide substitute in case of the Receptionist absence.
10. Enter CVs data on HR information system.
11. Provide support & assistance as requested by Management.
12. Handle all meeting rooms reservations at Sahnaya offices.
13. Handle customers or suppliers complaints and follow up to conclusion.
14. Contribute to maintaining the security and cleanness of Syriatel premises.
