- Verification that supplied items meets the technical offer (Quantity and Quality)
- Take photos of equipment and their serial numbers then send copy to the technical department in Oxfam
- Take photos of equipment's badges
- Monitor the implementation processes of the terms of the contract and make sure they meet the book of technical conditions
- The ability to follow the supply and implementation of a Gensets & Transformers with all its equipment and make sure each item meets the book technical conditions
- Prepare reports during delivery and installation of items declared in the BOQ
- Scheduling of tests and trials of the equipment
- Follow-up the progress of work according to the time plan in the contract and prepares the reports about that
- Prepare payment request signed by Damascus Water establishment
- Prepare quantities reports for all works in project and also equipment operation reports
- Make sure of the efficiency of the equipping during testing then upon operation reports
- Prepare the As-built drawings after finishing as necessary
- Prepare receipt and operation documents signed by Damascus Water establishment
- Report on activities to Project Manager
- Collect health data from various sources (municipalities, hospitals, clinics, health NGOs, etc.) in order to keep a record of the health situation in the area of intervention
- Directly reports any accidents including field Incidents to the Project Manager
- Draw up operational reports, or any as required

- Education degree: BSc in Mechanical, Electrical or Civil engineering with proven track record of involvement in design, contract management. And report writing
- Operational experience for the electrical and mechanical wells equipment
- Experience in supervising daily operations on site
- Good networking ability
- Fluency in Arabic and also in English

Interventions implemented under Oxfam's WASH Programme include: Provision of Acute Emergency Life-Saving WASH Services, Rehabilitation of Water Systems, Hygiene Promotion and Water Conservation, Capacity Building and Training, and Improved Emergency WASH Coordination. To date, Oxfam has been worked in 10 governorates, seeking out to over 2.5 million beneficiaries.
