• Liaise with other governmental and non-governmental organizations and build long term relationships by reflecting the organization’s reputation.
• Advise in building strategies for the programs and initiatives within the region and coordinate with programme managers for successful implementation of AKF projects.
• Maintain staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, training employees and developing personal growth opportunities.
• Accomplish staff results by communicating job expectations and appraising job results, planning, monitoring, counselling, and disciplining employees.
• Developing, coordinating, and enforcing systems, policies, procedures, and productivity standards.
• Accomplish financial objectives by forecasting requirements, preparing an annual budget for the AKF premises, scheduling expenditures and initiating corrective actions.
• Ensure high quality of applying and communicating policies (HR, Operations, Finance, Admin, and security)
• Maintain a safe, secure, and legal work environment.
• Assets and inventory management and control.
• Follow up, coordinate and facilitate the work of the office’s staff.

• The applicant must have a university degree in Management, Economic, Agriculture, Education or a related field.
• Three years of relevant experience in business management.
• Good team work and organizational skills.
• Accuracy, accountability, adaptability and strong leadership skills.
• Collaborative and has good judgement sense.
• Fluency in written and spoken English.
• Based in Tartous.
• Male applicant should have finished their military service, exempted or postponed for one year at least.
• Three years of relevant experience in business management.
