1. Propose initial hiring plan based on decomposing department-hiring headcount budget and prioritizing hiring needs in alignment with resources availability and business requirements.
2. Maintain up to date creation for vacancies as per approved headcount and approved org chart.
3. Analyze the root causes of gap between hiring plan and actual hiring in coordination with Recruitment Head of Section and Recruitment Analysis and Resourcing Head of Section.
4. Analyze CVs supply vs. demand, highlight gaps related to shortage in Recruitment database and coordinate with HCM Resourcing Specialist to act accordingly.
5. Prepare trend analysis reports related to hiring actions such as rejection reasons, internal and external hiring and any other reports and statistics requested by management.
6. Continually review and enhance recruitment systems and tools related to Analysis purpose in coordination with MIS Department.
7. Check Section & Individual objectives on regular basis and effectively participate in achieving them to ensure successful contribution to company's goals and corporate objectives.
8. Participate in conducting the OJT for new team members and promote a culture of knowledge transfer, cooperation and team work.
9. Contribute to the continuous improvement of Syriatel Quality Management System.
