Perform Hardware and software installations, Planed Preventive Maintenance PPM, Corrective Maintenance CM and recalls/FCO Jobs, and provide first-level of end users training on related medical systems, and reporting to higher management.
Key Tasks:
•Perform integrated and multiphase installation based on Team Leader instructions.
•Follow up and assure PPM Jobs.
•Implement required actions in correspondence to customer complaints and equipment’s technical failure/break-down.
•Follow up Customers’ emergency calls and do corrective actions as top priority.
•Implement Field Change Orders (FCO) and Recalls as per manufacturer’s standards.
•Follow up factory center response to get any required technical support.
•Provide daily activities feedback and reports to coordinator and customer service manager.
•Capable of Traveling to other cities and countries according to companies needs and to fullfil assigned jobs.
•Provide support to other colleagues.

•Up to date technical knowledge.
•Capable of diagnosing electrical/Mechanical issues through rational analyzing and reading of circuit diagrams.
•Excellent team work skills to provide efficient service delivery to all accounts within the assigned area.
•Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Arabic.
•Excellent skills in using MS Office and technical/electrical applications.
•Driving license is preferred.
•Ability to handle work pressure and workload for long hours.
•Strong organizational and excellent interpersonal skills.
