Accounting Responsibilities:
1-Provide administrative support to the accounting department.
2-Maintain and manage office administrative expenditure.
3-Maintain, verify and rectify customer balances in accounts receivable records.
4-Correspond with customers having long overdue and delinquent balances.
5-Check and verify vendor bills before making payment advice.
6-Maintain and manage inventory control of materials and supplies.
7-Maintain bank deposits and check payment records.
8-Reconcile bank records with bank statements.
9-Provide accounting and administrative support to external audit teams.
10-Archiving accounting documents.
11-Integrate administrative and accounting functions smoothly.
Administrative Responsibilities:
1-Answering and directing phone calls to relevant staff.
2-Taking notes and minutes in meetings.
3-Ordering and taking stock of office supplies.
4-Writing and issuing emails to teams and departments on behalf of teams or senior staff.
5-Researching and booking travel arrangements for staff members.

Minimum of 2 years of Admin and/or accounting experience.
Well knowledge in using Accounting Systems (especially Al Ameen)
Good skills in using MS-Office Package (Word, Excel & Powerpoint)
Very Good English Language
