Responsibilities
Support the design and implementation of the Early Recovery and Livelihoods sector strategy for the geographic area, in close coordination with sector partners;
- Follow up and coordinate and support with partners in relation to the sector’s main activities such as needs assessments, joint programming; monitoring and evaluation; meetings, questionnaires, etc.;
- Play a key role identifying ERL needs and designing demand driven responses. Ensure partners’ proposals, once considered full in line with sector priorities under HRP, are uploaded and updated in the Online Project System and regularly reported against in the Periodic Monitoring report and the 4Ws (Who is doing What Where How) process;
- Play a key role in liaising with sector partners and collect inputs to feed in reports, SITREPs, fact sheets, periodic monitoring reports; etc.;
- Have a strong base of knowledge about the reported area profile in terms of demography, socio economy, needs, resources, stakeholders, etc.;
- Follow up with partners on programme activities;
- Assist sector partners, to identify the gaps in capacity and provide feedback to National Sector Coordinator and Capacity Development Officer to design and tailor adequate and suitable interventions;
- To support partners and designated M&E Officer on M&E activities in the field.
- Develop effective information sharing mechanisms with all partners to ensure common understanding on priorities and programme responses;
- Advocate for strong ERL action, as part of the overall humanitarian response;
- In case ERL Sector Lead Agency on-line Management Information System is rolled out in the area, develop mechanisms, with all partners, to keep the MIS update with respect to recovery needs and information from all partners related to ongoing and planned interventions as per priority need.

• Good knowledge of Results Management Guide and Toolkit

Specific Vacancy Requirements
• 4 years of progressively responsible programme experience in humanitarian/ development context is required. Demonstrated background in bringing together – and facilitating coordination among – multiple partners.
• Experience in the usage of computers and office software packages (MS Word, Excel, etc) and advance knowledge of spreadsheet and database packages, experience in handling of web based management systems.
