Responsibilities
Responsible for administrative tasks related to Water and Habitat Department including:
• Prepare payment documents, contracts and request orders and follow up the process with relevant departments and suppliers.
• Follow up, update and ensure proper filing to project documentation.
• Participate in organizing workshops/seminars.
• Organize and join meetings with partners/authorities and draft the minutes of meeting/Field Trip Reports.
• Translate from Arabic to English and vice versa.


Qualifications
High school or professional diploma.
• 2 years of work experience in an administrative or secretarial position.
• Previous experience in Engineering will be an asset.
• Good knowledge of written and spoken English.
• Good computer skills.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
