• Provides daily registration services (receipts, medical services, medicines receipts) at the clinic for all patients.
• Fills information of small patients’ card and consultation cards.
• Maintains the registers of registered patients visiting the clinic.
• Maintain, submit and update all registration reports to the program support officer in the clinic on daily basis.
• Build, strengthen and share lessons learned regarding best practices to be followed in the clinic.
• Other related assignments.
