- Assist to develop and streamline HR practices and policies that are aligned to the organization's strategy.
- Build, strengthen and share lessons learned with regard to HR best practices.
- Ensuring compliance to regulations including personnel policies and records in accordance to Syrian Labor Law and IMC Hand Book. Assist programs to ensure staff adhesion to IMC policies and procedures.
- Maintenance of leave tracking sheet and time sheets and daily attendance sheet.
- Scanning of monthly documents.
- Facilitates contracts signature of staff.
- Maintaining personnel files; ensuring compliance with IMC policy and procedures
- Keep accurate record of the staff leaves, and submit monthly report to other departments.
- Prepare and file all human resources documents such as but not limited to (job descriptions, evaluation forms) and other related human resources paperwork assigned by HR-Admin Manager.
- Conduct fields visit on monthly basis.
- Translates documents as required and assigned by HR-Admin Manager and ensures transparent record keeping.
- Maintains administration filing system, and organizes and assists memos and official correspondence for field sites.
- Coordinate and liaison with SARC and MOFA regarding to obtain Visa for all new international staff coming to Syria and renew residencies.
- Photocopying and binding.
- Receive and dispatch mail to respective recipients.
- Any other related HR assignments

- University degree preferably in business administration, general management or related field
- Academic knowledge in administration.
- One to Three year professional experience in HR or/and Admin
- Able to work on a team of nationals and expatriates.
- Strong capacity building and facilitation skills.
- Ability to work effectively with a broad range of people and styles.
- Fluent English (Speaking, Writing).
- Computer skilled and specially Excel and Word.
- Familiar with the Syrian labor law preferable.
- Academic knowledge in administration.
