Minimum Education Level

1. Handle requests & requirements related to governmental entities in coordination with all concerned internally and externally, follow them up closely, provide feedback, and escalate issues when needed.
2. Handle and follow up closely all requests related to Arab Advertising Organization.
3. Handle routine requests related to lawful authorities in coordination with all concerned within Syriatel.
4. Handle all issues related to Syriatel employees with Labor Ministry and Social Affairs Ministry (Social insurance, financial claims, work injury, etc.), follow them up closely, provide feedback, and escalate issues when needed.
5. Handle permission requests of non-Syriatel employees, suppliers, foreign experts, etc. to access Syriatel premises.
6. Duly pay all stamps duties related to all Syriatel contracts at Damascus Financial Directory, and take the necessary actions after checking all contracts' terms related to a stamp duty to avoid paying penalties.
7. Handle and follow up all requests regarding filling central Syriatel fuel tanks (fuel registration at SADCOP) in Damascus & Damascus rural .
8. Arrange and Coordinate meetings between Syriatel and external entities (lawful authorities, security branches, military, and any other governmental entities), follow up the implementation of the agreed action points, and escalate pending actions to all concerned.
9. Prepare and submit weekly status and progress report to HOS.
10. Establish and maintain professional relationship and understanding between Syriatel and governmental bodies.
11. Handle lawful authorities' projects related to infrastructure, access to facilities and hosting hardware in coordination with all concerned.
12. Handle all universities' requests including workshops, meetings, and graduates lists, as per agreed plans in coordination with all concerned.
13. Check Section & Individual objectives on regular basis and effectively participate in achieving them to ensure successful contribution to company's goals and corporate objectives.
14. Participate in conducting the OJT for new team members and promote a culture of knowledge transfer, cooperation and team work.
15. Contribute to the continuous improvement of Syriatel Quality Management System.

1. Education: Bachelor Degree is required, preferably in Business Administration.
2. Experience: 1 to 2 years relevant experience is required, preferably in Telecom.
3. Professional Certification: N/A
