1. Reception and appointment Management - answers internal/external customers’ telephone inquiries by clarifying desired information, researching, locating & providing information.
2. Manage and update internal contacts list of all IMC staff.
3. Management and placement of international calls.
4. Assist in conduction interviews appointments for HR department.
5. Receive and dispatch mail to respective recipients in a timely manner.
6. Control and manage stationery stock and office supplies; and prepare monthly / quarterly reports.
7. Work closely with Admin Department in preparing PRs, GIOs related to main office
8. Monitor staff attendance on finger print device and submit report to Human Resource department to be able to send whereabouts announcement.
9. Maintenance of leave and time sheets for cleaners and service providers.
10. Assist HR Department in scheduling for tests and interviews
11. Provide assistance to HR/Admin Department in monthly scanning, photocopying, and binding
12. Scanning of monthly documents.
13. Other relevant duties as assigned by supervisor.

• Academic degree in administration or any other related filed.
• One to Three year professional experience in Admin
• Ability to speak English and Arabic fluently.
• Customer care oriented and get the ability to deal with difficult customers
• Able to work on a team of nationals and expatriates
• Preferable previous experience in the field of humanitarian organizations, or/and NGOs.
• Strong capacity building and facilitation skills
• Listening skills and has verbal communication skills.
• Ability to operate the phone system
• Ability to work effectively with a broad range of people and styles.
• Computer skilled and specially Excel and Word
• One to Three year professional experience in Admin
