Responsibilities
• Data Entries on daily-basis into the online financial accounting system.
• Prepare daily cash verification report and maintain Petty Cash.
• Process all bank and cash payments related to regional office suppliers and service providers.
• Maintain carefully the archiving for regional office transactions regarding AKF archiving procedures
• Support the programme staff for project budgets and other financial matters when required.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual accounting and financial reports.
• Prepare bank reconciliation statements and the annual budgets for the Regional Office.
• Prepare and send the weekly planner and car booking.
• Follow up with the attendance, leave track, and holiday planner of staff and send them to the admin unit and HR.
• Meeting arrangements including booking the meeting room, transportation, logistic requirements and deal with part time support staff.


Qualifications
• The applicant must have a University Degree in Economics. An accounting specialization is preferable.
• Two years of experience in a related field.
• Good command of English and computer skills.
• Flexibility, integrity, accuracy and commitment to the deadlines.
• Good team work and organizational skills.
• Male applicants should have finished their military service, exempted and postponed for at least one year.
