- Work under the overall supervision of the Senior M&E Assistant and/or designated activity coordinator in carrying out monitoring activities – mainly conducting surveys and questionnaires – via the phone or in person;
- Collect and correctly record all data received from beneficiaries;
- Inform the supervisor of significant issues and developments with regards to the activity implementation;
- Data entry;
- Opening survey boxes upon request of the Senior M&E assistant;
- Conducting interviews, or focus group discussions based on the need of the program;
- Conducting shipment verification upon request;
- Taking photos;
- Drafting of success stories;
- Other tasks as required by the department

5- Experience in conducting surveys (desirable, but not essential as training will be provided);
6- Experience in working with a humanitarian organization (desirable, but not essential);
7- Familiarity with emergency assistance and relief projects (desirable, but not essential);
8- Familiarity with simple data analysis (desirable, but not essential)
9- Basic photography skills (desirable, but not essential)
