The Senior HR Assistant is responsible for executing of Recruitment, Hiring, Orientation, Performance management, and Training functions.

1- In charge of the implementation of the Recruitment Process:
- Follow up for SARC's Approval (if needed; upon new creation of positions)
- Arrange advertising the new vacancies (including identifying the most appropriate mean and drafting the Job Ad)
- Check that the Written Test include all the required components
- Collect Received applications and apply the first filtration to eliminate irrelevant applications.
- Contact the shortlisted candidate for the Written Test and supervise it.
- Contact the candidates for the Interview
- Contact the selected candidate to ask for list of reference (if needed) and then give a job offer (conditional upon SARC Approval)
- Request required document and information from selected candidate and send it accordingly to the Senior Administrative Assistant to be sent to SARC.
- Request and ensure receiving all hiring documents
- Contact or Send an email to the unsuccessful candidates
- Update Recruitment Follow up list
- File all the recruitment document (Soft & Hard)
2- In charge of the implementation of Hiring, contractual and Supervise the Orientation Process
- Coordinate with the concerned department to provide office equipment, communication tools.
- Prepare and send an email to introduce the newly hired staff (up to the Officer's Level)
- Request PUI ID Card and deliver it to the concerned Staff
- Conduct the HR Orientation
- Coordinate with the Head of Departments concerning the Departmental Orientation
- Assist to Archive the Contracts

3- In charge of the implementation of the performance management and Training Process:
- Follow up of the annual performance management process and ensure receiving all the appraisals.
- Collect the Training Request Forms
- Collect offers from the training centers
- Follow up the attendance of employees
- Collect & file the training certificates
- Follow up the settlement of training invoices
- Handle the internal training
- Creation Training plan and updated

- Bachelor/ License Degree in Human Resources or Law or any other related discipline (A Master Degree is a plus)
- A minimum of three years of relevant management experience.
- Advanced Level of English and Arabic languages
- Proficient of Ms. Office package and & Proficient user of HR Software.
- Knowledge of international organizations procedures
- Knowledge in the Syrian Labor Law.
