Responsibilities
Administrative
• Day to day management of clinic staff including attendance, leaves, and performance evaluation
• Provide guidance and direction to the staff for day-to-day issues and challenges.
• Ensure all data and information is collected, registered, and reporting according to the IMC standards and guidelines.
• Assist the medical director in reporting and monitoring all the provided health services at the clinics.
• In coordination with the Health Manger and Medical director develop clinic management plan, internal communication protocol
• Serve as a focal point for referral cases.
• Monitor and evaluating daily medical service provision, according to the Standard procedures and IMC regulations
• Supervise pharmaceutical consumption according to standard treatment protocols and guidelines.
• Identify training needs for clinic staff
• Organize the work flow, and allocate duties to designated staff accordingly.
• Prepare logistical and medical order on regular and timely manner as set in clinic management plan.
• Provide weekly and monthly input/feedback/ report to health manger, and daily as requested
• Conduct regular meeting with clinic staff

Coordination:
• Close coordination with health manager and medical director in all technical and administrative issues
• Participate in the IMC meetings as requested
• Participate in partner’s meeting as requested

Security and safety
• Ensure first aid kits, fire extinguishers, and water stock are available in the clinic and replenish on timely manner
• Report immediately any security and/or safety incidence/concern within and around the clinic to the health manager

Qualifications
• Medical or pharmaceutical with management experience.
• Proven administrative, problem solving and organizational skills.
• Strong leadership skills with proven experience in establishment of productive working relationships with colleagues
• Strong communication skills,
• Strong and effective team player.
• Experience of proactively identifying and addressing issues with a high motivation to succeed.
• An understanding of and commitment to IMC’s mission and values.
