o Full Hands-on support and Mentoring for Software/Hardware sub-departments.
o To work closely with other Business departments in order to facilitate day-to-day business needs and requirements.
o To support and develop the Online Business suite in order to facilitate day-to-day business needs, requirements, and strategies.
o Full Hands-on support and Mentoring for Software/Hardware sub-departments.
o To work closely with other Business departments in order to facilitate day-to-day business needs and requirements.

o Minimum 10 years experience in the field of Information Technology and Team Leadership.
o Hands-on experience in the following topics:
Data-Centers Installation, Maintenance and troubleshooting and tuning. Hardware and OS (Windows Based).
Microsoft Application Servers: Active Directory, DNS, and DHCP. Exchange Server, TMG.
Data Backup Systems.
LAN/WAN, Cisco Routers.

o High communication skills in English, oral and written.
o Strong Management/Leadership Skills
o Command of the following is a plus:
Oracle DB Administration and Development.
Insurance Terminology and Business Processes.
Accounting Terminology and Core Systems.
HR and Payroll Systems.

MS-SQL Server.
.NET Framework.
