- Prepare and sort documents for data entry;
- Test new database systems and software updates;
- Establish data naming standards and consistent data definitions to improve overall data quality;
- Compile, sort, verify and correct data to be entered;
- Enter data into RSRP Database software and check to ensure the accuracy of the data that has been inputted;
- Review and check data for completeness and accuracy;
- Contact authors of source documents to address data inconsistencies and to gather missing data, resolve discrepancies in information and obtain further information for incomplete documents;
- Maintain both records of work completed and data files accurately and create data backups as part of a contingency plan;
- Respond to information requests from authorized members;
- Manage filing and routing of source documents after entry;
- Update data in appropriate databases in accurate and timely manner so as to avoid backlogging;
- Process and resolve data inquiries by searching and reviewing the databases;
- Enter and update files into Excel spreadsheets;
- Perform administrative duties such as operating office equipment or data filing as required;
- Summarize and compile data for standardized reports;
- Welcome and interview Damage Houses Repair (DHR) applicants and clarify DHR’s scope of Work and eligibility conditions based on the provided training;
- Assist in preparing and archiving necessary projects’ documentations (soft and hard copies);
- Adhere to RSRP standards and code of conduct especially towards confidentiality of information and data protection, principle of neutrality and gender equality; and
- Perform any other duties when required.
