1. Coordinate and follow up with all Corporate s Departments/Units to formulate their own objectives and ensure they are built up in a SMART way.
2. Ensure that all developed (Departments Units Sections, Functions, Individuals) objectives are aligned with the right corporate objectives and report gaps in this process.
3. Ensure cascading of KPIs & Key Performance Indicators and objectives on all Departments, Units, Sections, Functions, and Individual objectives via OCMs & Objective Cascading Management System
4. Follow up the progress of Corporate KPIs, Departments objectives, initiatives and operational KPIs , prepare status reports, needed justifications, and corrective actions as per the feedback received from Departments and follow up their implementation until closure.
5. Participate in awareness presentations aiming at communicating corporate objectives to concerned Department Management.
6. Communicate key objectives and corporate priorities for concerned Department Management through alignment exercise.
7. Check Section & Individual objectives on regular basis and effectively participate in achieving them to ensure successful contribution to company's goals and corporate objectives.
8. Participate in conducting the OJT for new team members and promote a culture of knowledge transfer, cooperation and team work.
9. Contribute to the continuous improvement of Syriatel Quality Management System.

1. Education: Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration is required.
2. Experience: 1-2 Years of Relevant Experience is required, Preferably in Telecom.
