1.Provide general administrative and clerical support including mailing, scanning, faxing and copying to management
2.Maintain the general filing system and file all correspondence
3. Assist in resolving any administrative problems
4.Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments and travel arrangements for Managers
5.Support the officers in daily admin roles and to keep stock of stationary supplies for the department
6.Preparing business letters, office memo, and manage the company in/out correspondences.
7.Tenders preparation and execution.
8.Keep records of employee information, time attendance, and leaves
9.Follow up company emails, and reply or distribute incoming emails to areas and staff within the company as needed.
10.Track the status of any orders.
11. - Translate (from English to Arabic or from Arabic to English) light operational, technical, Legal and administrative written documents including letters, notices, reports, articles...
12. Maintain and keep the records of cash and safety.

- University degree in English Literature or management.
- Minimum 2 years relevant experience
- Fluent in English (speaking, reading, and writing)
- Excellent command of Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, Power Point)
- Ability to handle multiple projects with superb accuracy
- Strong administrative skills.
- Strong sense of urgency and problem solving skills
- Pleasant personality with good written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proactive, take initiative and well organized
- Able to work fast under pressure.
- Age less than 35
- Minimum 2 years relevant experience
- Fluent in English (speaking, reading, and writing)
