- Implement the best solutions of available ERP system that insure all features been used 100%.
- Assist in evaluating workloads, allocating human resources appropriately and implementing changes in order for the departments to operate efficiently and in a cost effective manner.
- Assist in the annual manpower planning and review it on quarterly basis.
- Reconcile different interpretations of the organizational problems and agree on possible solutions.
- recommend, design, and implement corporate programs intended to help managers and employees develop productive professional relationships
- Weekly report of job duties implementation progress and update of any problem may encounter to be provided with the necessary recommendations.
- Responsible for Medical insurance profile.
- Responsible for Banking salary localization tracking and follow up.
- Organize and conduct awareness sessions of HR policies and programs.
- Support in checking, implementing and following up performance evaluation submission by handling paper based evaluations (Sending emails, receiving evaluations, calculating the results and issuing the final report).
