Responsibilities
- Carry out needs assessment and identify location priorities
- Design implementation mechanism according to location specificities and priorities within the framework of the project
- Coordinate and follow up on the implementation of planned project activities in the assigned location
- Support the budget cash flow preparation
- Identify potential partners for implementation and/or funding channels
- Liaise with different stakeholders (management bodies, partners, local authorities, media, and others)
- Prepare monthly progress report and other reports according to management requirement
- Ensure the availability of communication materials on a regular basis
- Leading the project team in assigned location

Qualifications
1. Minimum 7 years experience in a managerial position, preferably in the field of education and / or child care (Preferably experience in the humanitarian field)
2. University degree in social sciences / Management / HRM psychology or any related field
3. Higher education, vocational studies is a plus
Knowledge of national child well care and child care legislation
4. Interested in working with children and ability to stay in the center when necessary
5. budgeting background is a plus
6. Good presentation skills.
7. Good communication skills.
8. Multitasking and able work under pressure
