Responsibilities
Work with communities and partners to assess the water sanitation & rehabilitation needs of potential shelters.
• Develop BOQ and TORs for contractors taking into consideration access issues for men, women, boys and girls, and people with disabilities
• Propose additional facilities as required by the shelter residents to meet MoLA and Shelter and WASH sector guidelines
• Supervise the work of the contractors, ensuring the quality, accuracy and efficiency of the work
• Provide daily, weekly and monthly reports and support to the Supervisor

Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering and environment or Architecture.
• At least 3 years’ experience preforming similar tasks
• Technical background or experience working with construction, water and sanitation projects an advantage
• Good communication, interpersonal and coordination skills sensitive to the cultural environment
• Good computer skills
• Ability and willingness to work and travel under hardship conditions
• Be culturally sensitive, friendly and caring
• English skills an advantage
• At least 3 years’ experience preforming similar tasks
