Responsibilities
1. Assess own dept. QMS on a yearly basis and report results, identified gaps and suggested improvements to concerned Dept. Management.
2. Build up QMS plans in coordination with concerned department and update them continuously.
3. Ensure that all approved ad-hoc requests are reflected in the plan and executed.
4. Apply process approach in building up departmental processes.
5. Collect business requirements for processes from business owners, analyze, assess and identify gaps.
6. Analyze, Model and design business processes and all other QMS documents.
7. Re-design processes based on the approved gaps resulted from performance measurement and analysis of existing processes, benefiting from best practices and integrating the adopted standards within the process.
8. Trigger automation of documented activities using the available systems, accelerate their implementation and ensure compliance with QMS.
9. Review documents drafted by Quality Ambassador in view of improving them by ensuring that they are clear and not confusing to the reader, eliminating non-value added steps, redundancies and dead ends and adding checking and inspection steps.
10. Follow up pending documentation, escalate delays as needed and report to Departments Management on a regular basis the status of QMS versus the set plan.
11. Maintain well organized, legible, readily identifiable and easily retrievable QMS related records.
12. Register all documents transactions on related database/application and Quality Plan on a timely basis.
13. Post finalized documents after getting the needed approvals and send broadcast to all concerned.
14. Review Org Chart Change Requests received from Quality Ambassador and provide recommendations.
15. Create or update Job Descriptions in coordination with relevant department and send to HR for review.
16. Provide advice to stakeholders of the QMS as needed.
17. Support the System Audit Unit in audit preparation phase by providing them with needed documents and departments QMS status.
18. Apply the agreed upon corrective actions related to the Quality Management system which are resulted from audit reports.
19. Conduct Quality orientation to all new recruits within the scope of new recruits function.
20. Promote awareness across the company on QMS and all standards requirements adopted by Syriatel.


Qualifications
1. Education: Bachelor degree in Business Administration or Engineering
2. Experience: Preferably : 1-2 years' experience in Quality Management System, Preferably in Telecom
3. Professional Certification: Relevant ISO Standard Certificate is a plus
