- Support the different activities that ensure the smooth running of supply chain (purchasing, transporting, archiving).
- support with procurement of office supplies, equipment and materials needed in Hassakeh office when requested.
- Participate in the updating price and supplier catalogue.
- Participate in archiving documents, hard and soft copy.
- Assist in the supervision of the vehicles equipment with adequate and good condition items (bush, town, medical kit, tool box, spare tire, jacks, fire extinguisher, liaison).
- Participate in the weekly and daily planning (movement plan, transport request)
- Assist in management of travel/accommodation/cargo dispatch.
- Participate to ensure office compounds are clean and hygiene
- Participate in the update of the equipment list and inventory list.
- To report immediately any loss and serious damages to the equipment.
- Participate in the monthly checking/physical inventory of assets and equipment.
- Participate in the elaboration of monthly logistics report when requested.
- Participate in the archiving procedure: The supply chain, transportation & vehicles, equipment management.

- Ability to work a diversity of individuals or groups.
- Results focused with clear action plans.
- Work under pressure with very tight deadlines.
- Adaptability to sudden changes.
- Excellent Organization and Planning skills.
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to travel.
