Under the direct supervision of the Program Coordinator, the Field Projects Coordinator will be responsible for the planning, development, and following up different program activities and making sure all aspects of programs are being executed professionally and according to plans, standards and procedures:
- Patriciate when requested in technical strategies development and revision, taking into account the lessons learned from sectorial policies and strategies.
- Participate when requested in the development of the annual action plan according to mission strategy.
- Ensure that the projects under his/her responsibility and/or under the responsibilities of his team of Project officers are agreed and coordinated with local authorities, partners and all relevant stakeholders.
- Patriciate in technical strategies development and revision, taking into account the lessons learned from sectorial policies and strategies.
- Ensure projects/programs are coordinated with relevant agencies and stakeholders in sectors where AAH working.
- Ensure and support for the timely preparation and submission of donor reports (technical review, validation) in coordination with other department coordinators.
- Supervise his/her team of Project Officers to ensure the supervision and control of expenses related with the activities of the project (procurement planning), on monthly basis submit the procurement planning follow-up PFU.
- Participate in the design of new budgets when requested and in cooperation with Logistics and Admin Departments.

- Degree in business management or any relevant field.
- Technical knowledge with Project Cycle Management.
- 2 years as minimum in humanitarian field.
- Experience in management and implementation of projects.
- Excellent command of both Arabic and English languages.
- Very good Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PPT).
- Excellent Organization and Planning skills.
