Responsibilities
-Assist in conducting job analysis, evaluation and Profiling.
-Assist in updating job descriptions with staffing supervisor.
-Conduct the parts of hiring cycle including filtering, screening, interviewing, and testing (psychometric, personality and group activities tests).
-Review and evaluate applicant qualifications or eligibility.
-Ensure the proper documentations of any amendment in the organizational chart.
-Assist in evaluating workloads, and in allocating human resources appropriately and implementing changes in order for the departments to operate efficiently and in a cost effective manner.
-perform searches for qualified candidates according to relevant job criteria, using computer databases, networking, Internet recruiting resources, cold calls, media, recruiting firms, and employee referrals.
-Coordinate and may participate the awareness sessions of HR policies and programs.
-Participate in job fairs to attract qualified staff.
-Assist in answering company staff queries related to HR programs and policies.
-Reasonable for CVs data base and filing
-Determine the vacancies, date of opening and assist in develop the recruitment plan accordingly.
-Advise and make recommendations to HR manager on organization and staffing problems


Qualifications
-Bachelor degree , business administration,or related field .
-Minimum (2-3) years of relevant experience.
-Good oral and written English communication skills.
