Responsibilities
o Coordinates activities by scheduling work assignments, setting priorities, and directing the work of subordinate employees.
o Evaluates and verifies employee performance through the review of completed work assignments and work techniques.
o Execute new production lines / machines and follow up the requirements needed for installation.
o Maintains records, prepares reports, and composes correspondence relative to the work.
o Requests and/or purchases supplies, materials, and tools.
o Studies diagrams in order to plan material and labor needed to accomplish tasks.
o Operates machines and other equipment to observe operation and diagnose malfunctions or to test repaired equipment.
o Execution of preventive maintenance for all factory machines
o Execution of preventive and regular maintenance for forklifts and clamp trucks.
o Participate in the selection of the new staff.
o Identifies staff development and training needs.
o Ensures that health and safety guidelines are followed.
o Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned to him.

Qualifications
A. Essential:
Mechanical Engineering Certificate.
4 years experience in industrial field as Mechanical Maintenance Supervisor.
Advanced English Level.
Advanced Computer Skills.
Good experience with electrical engineering software/s..
B. Desirable:
2 years of work experience as Mechanical Maintenance Supervisor in a Corrugated Cartoon Boxes manufacturing company.
Mechanical Engineering Certificate.
4 years experience in industrial field as Mechanical Maintenance Supervisor.
Advanced English Level.
Advanced Computer Skills.
Good experience with electrical engineering software/s..
B. Desirable:
