Achieving sales targets through, managing, motivating, developing and coaching reporting team.
Developing subordinates to meet their job tasks.
Managing promotional reporting & planning system.
Coaching in field and training medical representatives on sold products.
Lobbying with KOLs to support promoted products.
Conducting field research and understanding current market-products situation.
Suggesting new items to be manufactured.

Qualifications
Bachelor degree in pharmacy or medicine, MBA degree is a clear advantage.
Having five years of experience in pharmaceutical promotion, including at least one year of managerial role.
