Scope of Work:
Monitor, review and evaluate all personnel policies and practices of the AL BADIA CEMENT to ensure compliance with laws and legislation; advise managers and employees of their rights and obligations in personnel matters and employee evaluations; conduct investigations related to disciplinary matters involving employees; managers and coordinate and facilitate the grievance procedures.
Responsibilities:
- Advise managers on the proper procedure in handling personnel matters and issues including employee evaluations.
- Conduct investigations of employees for disciplinary matters, write reports regarding the investigations and maintain discipline/investigation files, make discipline recommendations in consultation with the management.
- Assist, discuss with and advise HR Operations Managers on general personnel issues.
- Develop and/or implement employee recognition programs.
- Build strong and effective business relationships with all employees and working with the HR team to ensure the service that is delivered is in line with organizations values.
- Provide specialist advice on employment law and employment relations practices to support the wider HR team.
- Lead, manage, motivate and develop direct reports so that they know what is expected, are able to maximize their contribution to business objectives and realize their potential.
- Review and develop all Employee Relations policies to ensure they reflect best practice, are compliant with legislation and support being a great place to work.
- Perform assigned tasks or related work as required by HR Operations Managers.

Bachelor's Degree:
Human Resources, Business Administration
Human Resources, Business Administration
Minimum three years of experience in HR practices at similar level
Very good knowledge of Syrian labor laws, regulations and social security
Strong communication skills, quantitative and analytical skills
People oriented personality
Languages Skills
English (Very Good command in reading, writing and speaking)
Computer Skills
Very good knowledge of HRIS, MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Access) and Outlook
Very good knowledge of Syrian labor laws, regulations and social security
