- Follow up and manage the call center’s day-to-day activities.
- Handle sales and customer services' escalations in a timely manner and professional way.
- Collect and analyze call-center statistics (sales rates, customer service metrics etc.)
- Hire, coach and provide training to maintain high customer service standards.




Qualifications
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills with.
- Capability to handle escalations and problem-solving ability.
- Proficient in using computers and call center equipment/software programs.
- Fluency in English
