- Provides daily specialized curative services at the clinic for ENT cases.
- Provides a referral base at the clinic for more severe cases including surgical intervention to other hospitals.
- Manage and provide directions for the staff in clinic for day to day activities.
- Maintain, submit and update all data reports as requested on daily basis.
- Build, strengthen and share lessons learned regarding best practices to be followed in the clinic.
- Assist in the implementation of the clinic employee orientation programs and training needs of mid-level health staff of the clinic.
- Other related assignments.

- Minimum medical degree
- Specialist degree in ENT.
- Working experience as an ENT specialist for one - three years.
- Must show adequate skills for using medical equipment related to ENT unit.
- Adequate registration with the medical council and/or authorization to work as a doctor from the MoH, Syria.
- Ability to exercise sound judgment and make decisions independently.
- Ability to relate to and motivate local staff effectively.
- Must be able to take on medical/non-medical responsibilities from time to time to cover for
other team members.
