Responsibilities
Ensure that the delegation has adequate premises (Offices, Residences, and Warehouses) as per ICRC regulations and procedures.
Responsible for managing the negotiations with the owners in terms of establishing lease agreements and contract amendments in coordination with the Administrator.
Responsible for the accommodation plan for the expatriates and visitors in coordination with Administrator.
Ensure the implementation of the passive security measures in all the premises (fire extinguishers, smoke detectors, and emergency exit doors) according to the ICRC policy.
Coordinate with the logistic department regarding the admin stock in the warehouses and all the matters related to the premises department.
• Supervise the Premises team (Domestic Staff, Maintenance Team, Watchmen and the key management).

Qualifications
University degree
4 - 6 years work experience in a similar field
Excellent command of written and spoken English
Very good computer skills.
