Responsibilities
1. Receipt of copies of the goods entry notes (initial & ready) prepared by the warehouseman.
2. Follow up the purchase orders for the main materials upon arrival at the re-order point.
3. Open new items cards on the computer, in the case of new items.
4. Record transfer between the main warehouse and the production halls according to the production order.
5. make the needed invoicing for customer sales and rigister the invoices as per the financial procedurs.
6. Ensure that there are open accounts for new clients.
7. Monitor customer accounts in terms of receivables and payments.
8. Ensure the credit limits granted to the client and insure that it coveres the granted invoices.
9. Ensure that cash received from customers is matched with the receivable bonds.
10. Reduced the value of payments from customer receivables.
11. Conducting periodic matches between the warehouse materials cards and the balance of the material on the accounting program.
12. Provide the head of the accounts section with warehouse balances on a daily basis.
13. Provide the head of the accounts section with periodic inventory differences.

Qualifications
1-University Degree in Accounting or Finance.
2-Minimum 5 years relevant experience.

Specific Vacancy Requirements
For male applicants : applicant must be exempted or finished compulsory military service and will not be requested for other military backup services.
