1- Locates potential business deals by contacting potential customers; discovering and exploring opportunities.
2- Manage the prospecting/selling process of the commercial and residential units by identifying, developing and maintaining a targeted database of potential prospects using a CRM tool.
3- Proactively work with commercial real estate agents, locally and abroad,to further enhance the geographical target reach and to conclude sales and leasing contracts.
4- Closes new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts; integrating contract requirements with the projectdevelopment/operations.
5- Identify and attend tradeshows and real estate event to promote the projects offerings and to be well informed about the new real estate developments in the market.
6- Work closely with the Sales and Marketing department to design and execute pre-agreed strategies built around developing the marketing and sales strategies.
7- Open business development dialogs with strategic customers particularly in the retail section of the real estate project (anchor tenants, international brands owners, etc.) in order to secure lease contracts which will have a positive effect on the project s market standing.
8- Define and follow up of yearly targets and objectives.
9- Determine new opportunities by analyzing business needs.
10- Develop and deliver the business plans through carrying out research, formulate market analysis and deliver accurate summary reports.
11- Build referral and lead generation network.

1- Bachelor s Degree in Business or Marketing.
2- Minimum 7 years of experience in relevant position.
3- Customer and business development oriented.
4- Proven strong interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills.
