Responsibilities
1- Oversee the entire project without playing direct role in the actual construction.
2- Responsible for follow up/obtaining all necessary permits and licenses.
3- Monitor compliance with building and safety codes and other regulations.
4- Prepare the construction cost budget in coordination with the consultants and contractors.
5- Manage the project’s prequalification procedure for the main contractors/contractors.
6- Manage the project s construction tendering process from the start until the signature of the construction contract.
7- Coordinate and supervise the construction process from the conceptual development stage through final construction, making sure that the project is completed on time, within budget, and according to design/specs.
8- Participate in the conceptual development of a construction project and oversee its organization, scheduling, and implementation.
9- Actively participate in the value engineering procedures and takes all required decision after consulting with the owner.
10- Oversee contractors, designers, and supervisors.
11- Participate in project progress meetings; solve all conflicts between designer and contractor and other technical parties.
12- Represent the owner in all project matters and communicate with all relevant parties accordingly.
13- Manage the procurement/import process of all the project materials and equipment and coordinate with the contractor for the specs and cost to be within the budget.
14- Review and approve all construction related payments; periodic and non-periodic.
15- Continually track and control construction costs to avoid cost overruns.
16- Assures all new construction complies with quality and safety compliance
17- Assures contractor maintains construction as build drawings and Operation & Management Manuals.
18- Manages all construction information documentation.
19- Prepare periodical construction progress reports to the owner.

Qualifications
1- Engineering Degree civil or architecture.
2- Minimum of (10) years Construction Management experience preferably in real estate projects.
3- Proficient in computer software applications especially those related to scheduling (MS project and primavera).
4- Excellent communication skills.
5- Leadership and organizational skills.

Specific Vacancy Requirements
Applicant must be exempted or finished compulsory military service and will not be requested for other military backup services.
