Responsibilities
1- Develop the annual marketing plan in coordination with the concerned stakeholders.
2- Manages the Marketing Department Budget and deliver/implement all the marketing activities within the approved budget.
3- Set the organizational structure of the sales and marketing department and supervise the work of all the sale staff.
4- Manage all aspects of marketing media including brochures, promotional video, website, social media, mockup apartment, etc.
5- Plan, implement, and manage all the advertising campaign activities (Print, TV, Social media, Digital marketing, sales events, etc.).
6- Manage the CRM cycle/procedure with consistent follow up with the team.
7- Ensure that the sales/leasing contracts are properly prepared, signed, and maintained.
8- Follow up, in coordination with the financial department, the collection of the receivables in line with the contractual payment terms.
9- Ensure that all the request of the customers are being forwarded to the technical team and implemented (changes in ID, etc.)
10- Coordinates with the sales representatives on their selling targets, quotas, and goals.
11- Continuously monitor the market supply of competitive real estate projects (prices, level of sales, features of the residential and commercial units, etc.)
12- Prepare and implement the training activities and programsfor the sales team to enhance the service and increase the annual sales.
13- Analyzes sales statistics gathered by staff to determine sales potential and monitor the preferences of customers.
14- Prepare monthly reports showing the status of the market and sales activities.


Qualifications
1- Superior leadership and managerial skills, ability to mentor and train sales staff, excellent coaching skills, minimum 7 years of experience in relevant position.
2- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration.
3- Team player, have a strong orientation to team work, and able to motivate the sales team and lead them by example.
4- Customer oriented.
5- Active decision maker able to work on top management initiatives.
6- Proven strong interpersonal and communication skills.
7- For male applicants : applicant must be exempted or finished compulsory military service and will not be requested for other military backup services.


Specific Vacancy Requirements
Responsible to market and sell (or rent) the residential and commercial units by developing and implementing a comprehensive sales and marketing plan. The job purpose include to establish and promote the project in the market and to reach the target segment; he/she should ensure providing unparalleled sales and after sales services.
