Responsibilities
• Lead and/or contribute to the development of high quality proposal documents, briefing notes, and other materials to assist internal and external decision makers.
• Ensure that humanitarian and development projects are implemented on time, on budget, and on result.
• Accountable for all project compliance requirements.
• Ensure that all project commitments are of high standard and submitted in a timely manner.
• Work closely with finance teams to have a clear understanding of the state of project finances in order to develop accurate and timely variance reports.
• Work with program and operation teams to address challenges with respect to project implementation and compliance.
• Working closely with PSU function teams to understand the project context in order to inform the design and/or implementation of programs.
• Identify new areas of opportunity and emerging donor trends which have the potential to impact institutional program strategies.


Qualifications
• The applicant must have a university degree in a related field.
• At least two year of experience in project management, reporting and/or communications.
• Excellent command of English and Computer skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Effective time management, cooperation and team work skills.
• Male applicants should have finished their military service, exempted and postponed for at least one year.
