Responsibilities
-Organize the sales force for our business.

-Lead a team of sales representatives and meet with them to set sales goals

-Manage call center reps, chat reps, and showroom sales reps

-Meet regularly with directors for updates

-Review and analyze sales data periodically for success

-Meet with clients and management to create a sales campaign

-Ensure sales strategies are followed

-Resolve customer complaints regarding sales and service

-Monitor customer preferences to determine the focus of sales efforts

-Analyze sales statistics

-Determine discount rates or special pricing plans

-Plan and coordinate training programs for sales staff



Qualifications
-Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business

-2+ years' of sales experience

-Excellent written and spoken English skills



Specific Vacancy Requirements
-Ability to evaluate Sales software and suggest improvements to screens, workflows, reports

-Strong ability to close sales and coach others to do the same

-Exceptional communication and negotiating skills

-Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask

-Good management and delegation

-Strong leadership skills
