1.Provide Help Desk IT support to co-workers in the organization on desktop, tablet, smartphone, and landline issues in person, via phone, and online tools.
2.Work with IT consultant on functional IT issues for all offices
3.Deploy technology for new users and update technology for current staff, including hardware, software installation, and user accounts
4.Maintain internal email lists and user accounts
5.Stay abreast of key changes in technology and integrate those into our systems where relevant
6.Provide basic IT training for staff in collaboration with Admin Director
7.Evaluate and order hardware for the organization
8.Work with the IT consulting firm on IT planning
9.Provide all services with excellent customer service skills and a friendly manner
10.Manage outgoing and repurposed hardware
11.Provide some basic support to finance team
12.Troubleshoot computer hardware and software problems and communicate fixes in clear, simple ways
13.Maintain confidentiality of business records and other information
14.Additional duties may be assigned within the course of the work

1.Suitable education background/qualifications in Information Technology/Computer Science.
2.Minimum 2 years of IT Help Desk experience.
3.Provide excellent customer service to both internal and external customers
4.Maintain high levels of patience and persistence with a variety of personalities
5.Work independently with minimal supervision
6.Perform several tasks simultaneously and maintain accuracy of information
7.Work with a high level of detail
8.Ability to operate desktop computer and Microsoft Windows and Office Software, including Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and specialized software applications in a network environment.
