Responsibilities
1-Answering calls from different parties (Insurance companies, adherents and providers) and well service their needs and inquiries related to out claims.
2-Giving prior approval of all out Prescription, and Verbal approval upon needs.
3-Explaining the reasons of rejection for the out transaction
4-Report complicated claims’ procedures that cause patient dissatisfaction to the concerned GlobeMed department
5-Identify systems related problems from feedback of providers (I*care users) and work collaboratively with Network Department or IT Support to resolve them.
6-Performing other functions, as requested.

-Bachelor degree in pharmacy
