Responsibilities
- Respond within agreed time limits to help desk issues.
- Prioritize and manage several open help desk issues simultaneously.
- Troubleshoot system and network problems and diagnose and solve hardware/software faults.
- Follow diagrams and written instructions to repair a fault or set up a system.
- Work continuously on a task until completion (or escalate it, if necessary).
- Document computer problems and resolutions for future reference.
- Perform hardware/software installations and configurations.
- Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks.
- Provide first level of support to IT based equipments such as printers, faxes, telephony systems, UPS’s…etc.
- Test and evaluate new technologies.
- Maintain confidentiality with regard to the information being processed, stored or accessed.
- Provide on-the-job training where necessary.
- Ensure that the company’s assets are maintained responsibly

Qualifications
- Experience w. PC handling (Windows NT, Microsoft Office, Access, Excel, and Outlook).
- Knowledge of Computer Networks.
- Knowledge of Operating Systems, namely both Windows and UNIX.
- Knowledge of SQL and Enterprise Applications.
- Knowledge of Web protocols and components.
- Knowledge of online reservation & renewal ( servers , domains ).
- Analytical, innovative and creative thinker.
- Knowledge of Computer Networks.
- Knowledge of Operating Systems, namely both Windows and UNIX.
- Knowledge of SQL and Enterprise Applications.
- Knowledge of Web protocols and components.
- Knowledge of online reservation & renewal ( servers , domains ).
- Analytical, innovative and creative thinker.
Specific Vacancy Requirements
- University , BE/ B.Tech (Comp Sc pref) or Institute Computer-related Degree ( under graduated employees are welcomed ).
- Minimum of 1 years of experience working in the area of IT.
- Minimum of 1 years of experience working in the area of IT.
Salary and Benefits
from 80000 to 90000 SP
