• Follow-up with the assigned product head office, and its regional offices.
• Be a first point of contact for internal and external queries to deal with the daily issues.
• Act as sales, marketing, purchasing, technical, and financial manager for the assigned product.
• Manage customers’ accounts and monitor the internal and external financials process and billings.
• Assist in outbound or inbound marketing activities by demonstrating expertise in various areas (content development and optimization, advertising, events planning etc.)
• Undertake research and perform analyses for data relevant to the local market and competitors.
• Develop sales tools, including presentations, whitepapers, datasheets and product demonstrations.
• Defining communication strategy and adequate sales channels for launching new product
• Provide monthly sales reports and/or data analysis (campaign results, conversion rates, traffic etc.) to help shape future product strategies.
• Providing support to other departments in relation to newly developed products.
• Train new employees in administrative, sales and technical tasks within the department.

• Must have a BA or BS in business management, marketing, computer science, or similar field.
• 4-6 years in product management or sales & marketing management.
• Excellent IT Skills, MSCA or Security+ will be an advantage.
• Strong skills in using ERP, CRM, Automation system and Mail system.
• Strong project management and time management skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in English.
• Strong communication skills in all forms: written, oral, email, telephone, and presentation.
• Willingness to work overtime to achieve targets and project deadlines where necessary.
• Approximately 10-20% domestic travel required with possible national travel.
• 4-6 years in product management or sales & marketing management.
