Responsibilities
o Provide client (direct customers and channel partners) support and technical issue resolution via email, phone and on-site support.
o Handle inquiries regarding all technical issues, information requests on application capabilities, navigation, installation or configuration.
o Develop and maintain excellent relationships with all our customers and partners to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
o Leverage your product skillset and technical background to ensure successful delivery.
o Assist the Sales Team at technical trade shows or conferences.
o Manage a small IT team, including hiring, training, evaluation, guidance and outdoor support.
o Develop requirements, outlines, budgets, and schedulers for external IT projects and contracts with company s clients and ensure project is completed within budget and on time.

Qualifications
o Bachelor s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related degree with +5 years of experience in technology company.
o MCSA, Security+ certificate or similar up to date system qualification. Linux will be an advantage.
o Excellent career background providing necessary experience to perform the role of the IT support and Administrator functions.
o Problem troubleshooting evaluation and resolution skills and informed decision-making skills to resolve a wide variety of IT related issues that may occur.
o Knowledge of SQL database, ERP System and Information Security Systems.
o Strong oral and written communication skills in English.
o Willingness to work overtime to achieve project deadlines where necessary.
o Approximately 70% outdoor. 10-20% domestic travel required with possible national travel.
o MCSA, Security+ certificate or similar up to date system qualification. Linux will be an advantage.
