Responsibilities
1. Arrange for international shipments’ pick-up and follow up on the execution process.
2. Follow up on shipments’ status during the transit period.
3. Follow up on shipments’ clearance progress.
4. Arrange for quotations from agents and service providers per customers’ request.
5. Update Freight Closing Sheet and send it to the accounting department.
6. Prepare reports and submit them to the management.
7. Attend to customers’ calls and emails professionally to ensure their needs are recognized and met.
8. Perform other job-related duties as assigned by direct manager.

Qualifications
Min 2 years experience in freight / clearance with good communication skills
